In the fall of 2008 I, Jared Mercer, travelled to Eastern Kazakhstan to shoot the documentary Silent Bombs / A Cruel Wind Blows. You can watch the movie right here on this website, but besides being the awesome sound man and production assistant as the credits give me, I was also an on-set photographer. The set being pretty much anywhere we went in Kazakhstan. Many of my photos you will recognize if you saw the movie already because things I photographed were also shot for the movie.
